How to Order
To buy an item you must first add it to your shopping basket, to do this simply click on the "Add to Basket" button alongside the item you wish to buy. If you require a quantity other than 1 you should also enter this before clicking on the button.
Your shopping basket is displayed each time you add an item or can be displayed at any time by clicking on the "Your Basket" link. To remove an item from your basket simply enter a quantity of 0 and click on the "Update Basket" button.
Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your basket you should proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button within your basket or by clicking on the "Checkout" link.
You must now decide how you will pay for your order. Secure on-line payment by credit or debit card is available via PayPal, alternative methods are available for those who do not have a credit card or who do not wish to pay on-line. From this point on simply follow the on-screen instructions associated with each payment method.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current applicable UK rate where appropriate.
If you require guideline currency conversions, we recommend the XE.com Personal Currency Assistant.
We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.
We aim to ship all orders within 7 working days of receiving your payment (cleared funds); if we cannot, we will attempt to contact you and give you the option to cancel your order. Please contact us if you require an item urgently or by a specific date.
All of our prices include delivery to UK/BFPO addresses.
Europe & Rest of World
We are very happy to send goods to addresses outside the UK but are unable to quote postage rates in advance as they are determined by a number of factors.
If there are items you wish to buy then please contact us with your details. We will then contact you with the postage rate and if you are happy with the amount you will be able to pay for your order online. Please let us know if you are willing to accept delivery by seamail (up to 6 weeks).
Returns & Complaints
If you change your mind please contact us within 3 days of placing your order.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return unused items within 7 days and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs unless the items are faulty/damaged or if we have made a mistake.
If there is a mistake in your bill or your payment please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the matter.
Any complaints about payment or goods will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will keep you informed of the action we take.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
